Hebecame an insurance agent in Tennessee and soon learned that he was up to his neck inLawyers and Bankers. He decided to fall back on his limited resources and fledback to California. He is a selfstudied Administrative Law Consultant whom has found that words within the Billof Rights are of God's Law.

The most useless piece of trash book I have ever bought! EVER

When I purchased this book I had just begun looking for any information on gaining control of my strawman and the machinations of the Uniform Commercial Code. So against my better judgement, based on the 3 vague & useless shill reviews, I took the chance and bought the book.
In all my years of reading this is unquestionably the most poorly written, convoluted, contrived piece of textual tripe I have ever tried to read.

I am an educated man with a fairly high level of comprehension and I couldn't make any sense out of this thing at all. If there is any real information about securing your rights under the UCC they are rendered completely irrellevant by the obtuse style of writing presented. What makes this so is the writers style in particular trying to communicate some serious information in a flippant ye old english style which completely fails to make any point.

Not only is it completely inappropriate to the nature of the subject. It's contrived to be clever, kland in no way adds to the alleged information that may be hidden gy the writers textual insanity.

Last but not least UCC 1-207 is no longer valid since the law changed and that section has been reassigned under sections UCC 1-308 and besides, it's not necessary to quote the section on everything you sign, as "without prejudice" or "all rights reserved", will suffice to protect you.

Seriously folks, don't waste your money on this piece of useless TRIPE. You'll be sorry for sure.

Mr. Dixon has a great understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code and makes it interesting to say the least. Without Prejudice is a look at the commercial laws which are in place in the USA and other countries. In great detail Without Prejudice UCC 1-207: Sovereign Covenant explains how to guard against losing your rights when signing any contract. The laws of our Creator are applied within the Uniform Commercial Code. Understanding where we stand helps to protect our rights. Signing unconditionally places our rights on a chopping block. Placing without prejudice before your signature makes government agreements dead in law and protects the rights which you had at the time of the signing.

william dixon did an out standing job gathering the information in this book . all though I feel that the writing is "cryptic" to an extent , that is part of my fondness for this book. if you are like me , you will have to have a law dictionary , a common dictionary and google, to help decipher the gist of this book. UCC 1-207 has been changed to UCC 1-308 in order to hide it from the people. this book has earned a spot on the must read shelf of my library. also recommenr the errant sovereigns handbook, title 4 flag , freedom from government and the organic constitution of these unity of states. "the individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. he is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. his power to contract is unlimited. he owes no such duty {to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the state, since he receives nothing therefrom , beyond the protection of his life and property. his rights are that existed by the law of the land [common law] long antecedent to the orginization of the state, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance of the constitution. among his rights are the refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest and seizure, except under a warrant of the law. he owes nothing to the public , so long as he does not trespass upon their rights".. Pride of Imperial Russia - made in USA

Excellent books with short histories and superb artwork of the subject ship. Individual books have additional material such as scale drawings and some have 3D content complete with glasses for viewing them. Superb for both content artwork and general appearance, these books bring the subject vehicle back to life in all their magnificent detail. Great for modeling, general information or simple viewing. Very pleased with the product and content. This edition has much bonus content - 1/77 and 1/350 scale drawings and profile poster.

Welcome title dealing with an earlier ship

This is the eighth offering in Kagero's "Super Drawings in 3D" series. So far all have dealt with warships that fought in the Second World War. This title is a welcome deviation from that pattern. It depicts a Russian protected cruiser built in the US around the turn of the century.

The format of these books is straightforward. There are a few pages of text and tables and the rest of the book consists of views of the ship which has been reproduced in a 3D computer aided design software package. In this particular instance the text is particularly well done going into some detail about the ships origins, construction, and service history. The computer drawings are superb as usual. A disconcerting feature to me is the lime green hull anti fouling paint instead of the usual red. The book also features two paintings of the the ship on the first and last pages. Finally, there are two unbound foldouts. One has more computer images while the other is conventional line drawings.

The book is an 8-1/4" x 11-3/4", 52 page, stapled card cover. Like the others in this series the production values are first rate. Modellers will be in heaven, general enthusiasts will be pleased also.

Invaluable for the Model Builder

This is the the reference for those executing a model of the 1898 Protected Cruiser Varyag. Well printed, very clear, there is a photo in here somewhere to show every detail you seek.

Is it absolutely accurate? I don't know. I think Artworks may have used this book in forming their resin and brass variation on the Zvezda kit, so it sure is useful if you are building that!

The separate diagram poster, which includes 1/700 and 1/350 scale drawings, is worthy of framing (as well as useful).
